Mail-in sharpening throughout Poland
You do not need a workshop in your own city. Send tools to Warsaw once your request is confirmed. One parcel may contain tools from several workstations or the whole salon.
Prepare a tool list and label individual sets when several people share a parcel. Clean, disinfect and dry tools according to the manufacturer instructions. Protect the cutting edges, immobilise loose parts and use rigid packaging.
We check the condition after receipt and confirm any extra work. Standard sharpening takes 1-2 working days after receipt. Shipping and handpiece repair have separate timescales.

Before you send
Do you also sharpen new tools?
Yes. Choose the manufacturer's finish or additional NA OSTRO hand sharpening (+PLN 35.00/tool). This is optional, not a mandatory charge.
How long does it take?

Will you do extra repairs without asking?
No. For severe damage or restoration, we agree the scope and price with you before additional work starts.
